Magniss Solution Partners shall be adequately equipped to handle all solution implementation / rollout /support related activities and will be expected to handle 1st and 2nd level support for all Magniss Customers.
Magniss Solution Partners shall typically be ‘vertical’ or ‘industry’ focused and might have a majority of their customers in a particular industry or vertical. MSPs would ideally look to leverage this existing strength in the vertical and position Magniss solutions with their customers.
